Admission to Drug Rehab and Alcohol Rehabilitation

We extend a special welcome to each and every new drug and alcohol rehabilitation client that enters the treatment program at CTC. The drug rehab staff members at our treatment centers are professionals who know rehabilitation and the value of treating their clients with dignity and respect. Each newcomer that ventures into our rehabilitation is embraced and given the all the support necessary leading to the elimination of drugs, alcohol and chemicals.

At CTC, admission requests come from individuals seeking rehabilitation, physicians, therapists, lawyers, employers, and families helping their loved ones. Removing a person from his familiar environment where he finds support for his drug or alcohol use is a critical component of helping somebody get well. The road to drug recovery begins with leaving one lifestyle and beginning another.

The first phone call for help begins a miraculous process; when things become bleak, and nothing seems to work, this is usually the time of crisis that precipitates personal change. Things always seem darkest before the dawn. Thousands of people who have entered and succeeded at rehab and treatment built new lives despite their despair.

The admission steps at CTC are simple and convenient:

1. Contact CTC by phone or email and request a rehabilitation treatment package.
2. Treatment planning (usually 28-84 days primary care is the typical timeframe) and individual recovery strategy is discussed with a CTC intake coordinator.
3. Finances are arranged. See insurance
4. Travel arrangements, and date of admission are scheduled.
5. Client orientation to recovery begins upon first day of arrival. (Detoxification needs are obviously the priority. CTC arranges that service based on an individual's circumstance.)

Getting help for ourselves or someone with a chemical dependency problem could be life saving. The consequences of alcohol or chemical dependency can be devastating and grows still worse if treatment is delayed. Drug and alcohol addiction and alcoholism is a progressive disease, it always gets worse, never better.

Those who witness loved ones destroy themselves and tear the loving fabric of family, experience frustration and despair themselves because their efforts always seem to be in vain. Threats and pleading for one to stop abusing chemicals is of no use. The only real effort that can make a difference with this illness, the disease of addiction, is to seek help and drug treatment from those with experience.

Fortunately, no one has to fight this battle alone. The caring and compassionate staff at CTC is here to help.

Does Insurance Pay for Treatment?

All insurance carrier’s have different policies in regards to residential chemical dependency treatment. As client’s themselves have different levels of medical insurance, it has become the experience of Comeback Treatment Center that we do not contact insurance companies on behalf of our clients, but we will provide STATE LICENSING DOCUMENTATION, TREATMENT RECORDS, AND ANY OUTSIDE MEDICAL INVOICING FOR INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT to our clients.

Comeback Treatment Center carries no responsibility for collecting insurance fees for clients. The client is solely responsible for payment of all fees charged by CTC. They may include one or more services; base treatment fee, intervention, Detox, court alternative sentence work, and separate medical necessities. CTC does not accept medical insurance for any of these services with the exception being that it has been established in advance between the Client, Insurance Company, and CTC that CTC will be compensated. Many insurance companies offer plans that include an “outside the preferred providers’ list” that includes drug rehab. CTC does not research this. It is the responsibility of the client. CTC will accept pre-approved status, but client admission occurs only when fees have been received by CTC.

Comeback assists the client:

Comeback does not bill nor contact any insurance agency. CTC is not responsible for directing or forwarding claim forms to or from insurance companies and their clients.

However, CTC will submit State License, State Certification, treatment documentation and invoicing and outside medical invoices, to the client so she/he can submit this bill to her/his insurance company for possible reimbursement. Documentation can be attained after fees for admission have been paid (for carrier’s pre-approval), and/or during or after client’s stay.

CTC feels an insurance company is more likely to reply and work with their own customers directly, rather than a third party. CTC does not negotiate with a client’s carrier in any way and therefore can not be responsible for the insurance company making the decision to reimburse/or not its client.
